Retrainer - Bianca Austin

 

Bianca has been lucky enough to work with horses ever since a child, having her first sit in a saddle at the tender age of two. 
Having grown up on a large cropping and sheep station, horses were just a part of everyday life. From Welsh Mountain ponies careering around the local pony club grounds, to later breaking and educating the family's racing Thoroughbreds, she has had many years of all different types of equestrian pursuits- including taking her favourite OTT mare from pony club all the way through to FEI level Eventing and Showjumping. 

 

Willowbank specialises in the re-education and sale of sound retired racehorses for various disciplines including showjumping, eventing, pony club, stockwork and pleasure.

"Not every thoroughbred is destined for the competition ring; we like to work out what skills each individual horse has and what they may be suited to. We then match them with the perfect partner. The most important thing is to find a special home for every horse."

 

Lessons are available for those wanting help with the re-education of their ex racehorse, or for those just wanting help and training advice with dressage, showjumping, cross country and general horsemanship.
